Description of Job: 

We are looking for an individual to manage production on a daily basis at our salmon processing facility on Grand Manan Island.
Resposibilities include the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management Program and Safe Quality Food Certification, and the supervision of 20-25 employees.
The right individul should have 5 or more years experience in seafood(preferably salmon)processing with HACCP/QMP certification and experience.
