Description of Job: 

Maintenance of small systems used to house aquatic research animals such as zebra fish, medaka, and Xenopus spp. frogs; Feeding animals; Water quality testing and management; Cleaning tanks; Record keeping; and Assisting in research projects, the evaluation of new products and construction of prototype tanks and systems for the various life stages of these aquatic research animals.

Qualifications:
* Associates Degree or Equivalent Experience (Bachelors Degree Preferred)
* Related Industry Experience (Fish Farm, Hatchery, Lakes, Wastewater, Aquarium)
* Plumbing and power tool experience preferred.
* Ability to design and execute experiments.
* Experience with the care, handling, and husbandry of aquatic species a plus.
* Must be able to do some light lifting.
* Must be able to work independently.
